I went to get an X-ray. The person who assisted me said the results would be ready by 3 o'clock. Today, I’m being told it takes 24 to 48 hours. If my foot is broken, I have to wait 48 hours just to be able to see the doctor.
Was sent over to get x-rays done. Was met by and angry KAREN at the front desk who asked what was I there for. I explained to her I was referred over from urgent care to get images completed. She says very rude we don't have a tech on site today. Then she proceeded to attend the other guest. As I wait in the waiting area she yells again, what do you need, I proceeded to tell her the same information, she yells again I told you there is no tech. At this point I'm beyond frustrated.
