Was sent over to get x-rays done. Was met by and angry KAREN at the front desk who asked what was I there for. I explained to her I was referred over from urgent care to get images completed. She says very rude we don't have a tech on site today. Then she proceeded to attend the other guest. As I wait in the waiting area she yells again, what do you need, I proceeded to tell her the same information, she yells again I told you there is no tech. At this point I'm beyond frustrated. My son was hurt due to a work related injury so you already know how that process goes. He had to be seen by an x-ray facility so I called West Haven imaging. It was met with an unpleasant unfriendly person on the phone. She explained to me that I needed certain paperwork to be faxed to her, so I asked the doctors office if they could fax over what she needed for about 20 minutes later they call and say that they could not make my Sons appointment until they had a claim number we called and had them send it over to West Have... read more
