My doctor ordered an MRI 2 weeks ago but they still have no record of it. I was hung up on 3 times today while trying to figure out what's going on. How this place has such a high rating is a mystery to me.
Vary disappointing, took over an hour and multiple tries to get an order sent, they need to get off efax and just set up a real fax machine. Not professional.
I had emergency appointment. The Tech Specialist was extremely friendly and professional. Excellent bedside manner.
I have been going to DI Milford for about 20 years, I was always treated well. When I got the reminder post card I called to set up my annual, routine mammogram and suddenly I need a prescription. I was told it was my ins comp making them ask. I called ins and they do not require the prescription. They even called DI and got told it's just easier to blame the ins if a patient asks.
