Some helpful staff, but the imaging technician was somewhat oblivious and incompetent. Some phone calls have gone unanswered, and the voicemail isn’t fully operational, so you may struggle to get through.
I am very grateful for the expertise, kindness and compassion I received from Dr Lucy Soldano and the ultrasound and mammography technicians at Diagnostic Imaging of Milford. Dr Soldano was very thorough and she was clear in describing the procedures she was performing and what I would experience. The appointment setters were also very patient with me as I called daily to see if there were any cancellations to advance my appointments. My doctor ordered an MRI 2 weeks ago but they still have no record of it. I was hung up on 3 times today while trying to figure out what's going on. How this place has such a high rating is a mystery to me.
