My GF went in this morning (7/23) for an MRI. She has new, worsening mobility issues and is currently stuck walking with a walker, so I accompanied her to her appt. MOST of the staff, including the tech performing the MRI, was friendly, patient and accommodating. They seemed cognizant of the fact that when you go get an MRI, there's potentially something wrong with you. You're nervous. You're stressed. Came here to get a MRI. The staff that assisted me were friendly. Total time was about 20-25 mins from checking in until I was done with the scan
Some helpful staff, but the imaging technician was somewhat oblivious and incompetent. Some phone calls have gone unanswered, and the voicemail isn’t fully operational, so you may struggle to get through.
