Friendly staff, quick and easy.
I have been going to diagnostics imaging for few years now and I have never had issues with appointments but this time I called few times and Charles over at front desk has no empathy towards the patients needs.... there is no way you don't have appointments for 4 months and you deny to put me on a cancellation list and that does not sound right to me ! places like these where a lot of women go to get their Mammogram and other test related to their health having a receptionist who don't care or understand is sad.They need to... read more
Never again using this place. Staff so rude and not understanding. I took off from work to make this appointment, was 10 min late bc I had to put my daughter to bus, I had to wait for 7 min for the person in front of me checking in, now there are saying that I should ve come 15 min earlier not to mention that the person that book the appointment over the phone gave me the wrong address 30 cherry st! Poor customer service. They owe me reimbursement for services I should not have been billed or paid and was told they have a new billing program and my account cannot be accessed to verify till October. I provide my EOB showing it was covered and they still have high jacked my reimbursement not allowing me to use it toward other medical expenses for 3 months and I can only use my FSA till the end of the year. Wild.
My GF went in this morning (7/23) for an MRI. She has new, worsening mobility issues and is currently stuck walking with a walker, so I accompanied her to her appt. MOST of the staff, including the tech performing the MRI, was friendly, patient and accommodating. They seemed cognizant of the fact that when you go get an MRI, there's potentially something wrong with you. You're nervous. You're stressed.
