This was my first time here. From check in to check out everything was smooth and friendly. Dorothy did my mammogram and was very cognizant of the machine, the uncomfortable pressure and walked me right through the process. Mentally I was expecting much worse, however because of her gentle demeanor and verbal walk throughs, it was not nearly as terrible as I expected. Friendly staff, quick and easy.
I have been going to diagnostics imaging for few years now and I have never had issues with appointments but this time I called few times and Charles over at front desk has no empathy towards the patients needs.... there is no way you don't have appointments for 4 months and you deny to put me on a cancellation list and that does not sound right to me ! places like these where a lot of women go to get their Mammogram and other test related to their health having a receptionist who don't care or understand is sad.They need to... read more
