Friendly staff, quick and easy.
I have been going to diagnostics imaging for few years now and I have never had issues with appointments but this time I called few times and Charles over at front desk has no empathy towards the patients needs.... there is no way you don't have appointments for 4 months and you deny to put me on a cancellation list and that does not sound right to me ! places like these where a lot of women go to get their Mammogram and other test related to their health having a receptionist who don't care or understand is sad.They need to... read more
Never again using this place. Staff so rude and not understanding. I took off from work to make this appointment, was 10 min late bc I had to put my daughter to bus, I had to wait for 7 min for the person in front of me checking in, now there are saying that I should ve come 15 min earlier not to mention that the person that book the appointment over the phone gave me the wrong address 30 cherry st!
