I'm confused if you're open until 6pm why someone coming at in 5:43pm for an x-ray is being told THE DEPARTMENT HAS ALREADY SHUT EVERYTHING DOWN. Then to make your front desk person your middle man by calling you to confirm you're still available LIKE THIS IS A FREQUENT OCCURRENCE is even more unprofessional because why would a department that's closed ANSWER THE PHONE? Then if you MAKE AN APPOINTMENT you have to be worked in AROUND walk-ins. How inconsiderate and unprofessional can one department be?
The staff is super friendly and the whole office is designed so that you know exactly what is going on and what is happening next at all times. They clearly prioritize patient comfort. I walked out with my results and clear instructions for next steps. I wish every medical office worked like this one.

If you need mri or x-rays this place is top notch and I believe they charge less than most hospitals and they are really efficient. Mris are newer so I was told this site had better contrasting.
