After a bit of a bumpy experience scheduling through their online portal, I must say I had an amazing in-person experience with the actual scans. India was an amazing technician who made me feel comfortable and reassured me throughout my entire first mammogram experience. She was very thorough and explained everything. The US tech Debbie was also great! I would give them each 5 stars! The front desk and scheduling seem to be the biggest issues with this clinic, so if they could get those snags figured out - I wouldn't hesita... read more
I tried to get a chest X-ray last Friday only to be denied service because my doctor's order didn't specify chest. Once I found a client portal message from my doctor specifically indicating needing a chest X-ray, then they said well we don't know how many images they want. I asked them to contact my doctor directly because I have no idea what they need to know, only for them to call my doctor's office from several years ago on Monday. After having gone to Element Imaging repeatedly for CT scans scheduled with a different doctor (for the same body part) I hope I do not have to come back to this place again. You’ll get a harassing message about arriving 15 min early or losing your appointment (and another about being charged $100 if you don’t show) but when you do show up early you won’t be promptly checked in. I went here for a scheduled VA appointment. I wanted and waited and was never called back for my X-ray. When I asked the girl who had checked me in if I was going to be seen, she acted as if she didn't know what I was talking about and asked who had checked me in. I told her she did, and she looked lost. Apparently this inept person never checked me in incorrectly and had me waiting for over an hour, as she had me under the wrong procedure, system, etc. She also blamed my ridiculous wait on the X-ray technicians being backed... read more
