Here is my question - how did Anna reach out? As a Google ask? And how does it change the validity of my experience or review? It was incredibly disappointing and it’s wildly disrespectful to just delete it because you don’t like the rating. This clinic is not supportive or understanding to any individuals with agoraphobia.
I had a 1:00 appt and showed up 15 minutes ahead per instructions. I was delayed getting back to a room and then waited again. 50 min after my appt I was finally seen. No one came to let me know why the wait or to apologize for the delay. The tech was very fast but the overall experience was the worst I have had at DIC.
I would give zero stars if possible for the billing department and third party contracted billing. Technician was nice tho. Diagnostic imaging needs to get their stuff straight. I paid a $40 copay bill on 9/26 for scan on 8/13. They sent me to collections because they can’t find the payment. Not my problem and I will never use them for any imaging ever again. Avoid at all costs or you will run into same issue.
