Extremely Disappointed. Misled into Genetic Testing and Charged Without Consent: I’m writing this to warn others about a very deceptive experience I had at Diagnostic Imaging Centers Mammography. During my visit, a representative affiliated with a company called Halo Precision Diagnostics approached me about a “free” genetic test. I was told very clearly and confidently that I would not be charged, and I was encouraged to spit into a tube and sign a few forms—assured it was routine and no cost would be involved. Efficient, organized and customer focused is what I experienced with Diagnostic Imaging on 110th. Dwayne and Megan were very professional, knowledgeable and explained the procedure thoroughly. Highly recommend this location.
5 stars for Jordan B… Meeting someone genuinely kind is a rare gift. Jordan excels in explaining your procedure with thoroughness, truly listening with compassion and care, making you feel at ease. Just give a reason you could not send the imaging of a patient after 3 weeks?! To the doctor who referred her to this location and paying 200 out of pocket!? Insurance and diagnostic imaging confirmed over the phone (twice) this was in network and they tried to deny our appointment despite arriving 35 minutes early. I thought we could get a good service from this Overland Park location came out not.. we don't even look at these photos that came out of the baby because they are so grainy bad quality and remind us of bad exper... read more
