My doctor referred me for two ultrasounds—one of my leg and one of my hip. When the technician, Tina, began the appointment, she repeatedly questioned why the doctor had ordered the hip ultrasound and told me, in substance, that she did not think there was anything to see and that the exam would not be useful. I explained that my doctor had specifically ordered the examination and asked that she simply perform the test as requested. LILLY SAVED THE DAY. SHE IS BACK! AND WANTS TO MAKE THINGS RIGHT. THE WORST! and that's nice. I will say this, the ladies at the front tried to help. I see why they are the cheapest around. First visit, took an act of god to get. the day of, I arrive and I'm the only person there. The tech, who is very kind, has no care for others time. She sat in the back chatting about her life with the front desk clerk, and someone else. If you've not been there, you are in the back of the building down a dark hallway. Great service at both the front desk and in the back for my MRI. Friendly staff who took good care of me and got my procedure done in good time with only a brief wait. The old reviews don’t reflect the current experience! Note that you have to go through the door for Diagnostic and Imaging and down the hall to suite 5 to check in with the right business.
