Tried early last week to schedule MRI, several times; they claimed nothing from physician even tho it was sent. Said it takes time to get into system. Called today and they still claimed never received order. Was sent again today and verified by physician. Called to schedule, sat on hold multiple times for over 1/2 hour, and they still claim did not have order. Scheduler rude...I asked to speak to manager, he said didn't know who manager was.
