I was told that I would have my results within a couple of days. Almost 2 weeks & still hadn't heard a response. I contacted both radiology & my Dr to follow-up. Radiology apologized for having no info, when my dr contacted them to have the info forwarded to them they claimed that I had never been in for the ultrasound. My Dr's office argued that I was following up on the results so they were pretty sure that I had been in for the tests. Turns out they LOST my ultrasound. Be aware, their online patient portal never clears your balance. It will always show your original balance and allow you to make another payment. If you are juggling multiple bills from multpile providers, you can, as I did, overpay and you will never know. When I called today since I was sure I had paid this bill, I asked "Nancy" what the balance was. She said "There is no balance on this account, I see an overpayment of $100." I am having the same issue as everyone else in these reviews: never received a bill and am getting calls from AmeriCollect. Apparently Diagnostic Imaging Associates never submitted my claim from last August to my health insurance, did not send me a bill, but sent my bill straight to collections. Do not use this company if you can help it.

I never received a bill, a notice, a call, or an email. No contact from them at all until a collection agency contacted me. I was shocked, especially as the bill was from an appointment over a year ago. I've since tried to contact DIA and no one answers the phone.
