I was transferred here from my county hospital to have a drain put in. The nurse kept calling me by the ambulance drivers name, even though I had corrected them multiple times. It was a very distressing experience that the staff had no compassion for. I also caught them lying by trying to make it seem like my hospital hadn’t sent over my files… I had been walking the halls and talking to the nurses as they sent my files. Absolutely horrible experience.
Terrible billing! Never got a bill from them and they turned me into collections. Still in a hassle with them over it. They never reached out to collections to let them know that it was resubmitted to insurance so I am still getting phone calls. I pay my bills. Just awful!
Before paying them, check your bank statements because chances are you already paid them and they haven’t “updated their system” in weeks, sending you another bill that you might accidentally pay again so that it won’t go to collections. Seems like such a scam…
