Terrible billing! Never got a bill from them and they turned me into collections. Still in a hassle with them over it. They never reached out to collections to let them know that it was resubmitted to insurance so I am still getting phone calls. I pay my bills. Just awful!
Before paying them, check your bank statements because chances are you already paid them and they haven’t “updated their system” in weeks, sending you another bill that you might accidentally pay again so that it won’t go to collections. Seems like such a scam…

I was told that I would have my results within a couple of days. Almost 2 weeks & still hadn't heard a response. I contacted both radiology & my Dr to follow-up. Radiology apologized for having no info, when my dr contacted them to have the info forwarded to them they claimed that I had never been in for the ultrasound. My Dr's office argued that I was following up on the results so they were pretty sure that I had been in for the tests. Turns out they LOST my ultrasound.
