I am having the same issue as everyone else in these reviews: never received a bill and am getting calls from AmeriCollect. Apparently Diagnostic Imaging Associates never submitted my claim from last August to my health insurance, did not send me a bill, but sent my bill straight to collections. Do not use this company if you can help it.
I never received a bill, a notice, a call, or an email. No contact from them at all until a collection agency contacted me. I was shocked, especially as the bill was from an appointment over a year ago. I've since tried to contact DIA and no one answers the phone.
Same experience as everyone else.
Somebody needs fired in the billing dept - 6 months later I get a bill- hey guess what I met my out of pocket maximum - I owe you nothing 🤣🤣 and insurance paid you
I have the same experience as everyone else, never received a bill from this place and then started receiving collections calls and they dinged my credit. Terrible business conducting unethical and possibly illegal practices.
