I had an outstanding experience thanks to “Loai“, who works in the ultrasound scheduling department at Scarborough Health Network. He was incredibly patient and meticulous in helping me resolve an issue with a fax that had been sent over six months ago. Despite the volume of documents, he managed to locate it and ensured my request was processed smoothly. His kindness and dedication truly made a difference in my day. I have had numerous MRI and CAT scans at SGH and I have found the staff wonderful, excellent communication and prompt
I am extremely disappointed with the service at this medical diagnostic centre. I have tried multiple times to make an appointment, but no one ever picks up the phone. Instead, I am left on hold for an extended period, only for the call to automatically end without any resolution. This is incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. I expected better from a healthcare provider. I will be looking for an alternative centre that values their patients’ time and needs.
