Called for an appointment weeks ago for the mobile van here in stockton, called in the morning to confirm the appointment and they confirmed time and location, they scheduled my daughter for a 1pm appointment, we arrived at the assigned location 10 mins early but the van wasnt there so we waited until the appointed time and van still wasnt in the vicinity so i called multiple times and left a message, called again a bunch of times but all i get is the answering machine indicating they are at lunch from 12-1:30pm called the r... read more
