Dr. Schupp is the best family physician in Des Moines. Dr. Schupp has always taken excellent care of my Father and my Mother just as his Father did also. I was told to be there at 8 am as my appt was at 8:30. I drive 1 hr just to get there and be told my appt was scheduled at 9:30 (they had moved it obviously &forgot to tell me) so i wait 1.5 hrs sitting there then i wait another 1.5 hrs in the room for the dr. He comes in litterally says "im going to go help this guy first he will be quick " that giy HAD JUST GOTTEN THERE!
