Dr Howes saved my life, but I think he could have fixed the problem with one surgery instead of two. I am thankful we finally resolved my crisis successfully. However, Dr Howes retired unexpectedly, and followup care with his replacement, practicing in this same office, is not satisfactory. Each and every visit, the doctor complains that the office has not provided my records for his review, that they "cannot find my records"... how would anyone feel? I have no confidence in future association with this clinic.
