I wish i could give Dr Roger Kiser a negative rating because he is one the absolute worst Drs my wife and i have ever come incontact with. My wife has pneumonia and he told her that since she doesn't look sick, she's not. There are people out here with cancer and aids that walk around everyday that don't look sick, that doesn't mean they're not. He's one of the rudest Dr we've ever met.
