I have called and left a message twice inquiring about a consult. I'm due in July and my OB recommended Dr. Mann, but I have received NO CALL BACK (since you have to leave messages for the nurse at DCOL, another thing I don't like). If it's this difficult to choose you as my baby's pediatrician, what about when I have a first time mom emergency??? No thank you!!! I went with someone else. Thanks for ignoring my calls.
Absolutely LOVE Dr Mann and his office! They take such good care of us and are so good with my son Oakley!
Not very happy with DCOL at this time. Have used them for years. My Dr retired and another moved to Tyler. New docs cannot even pronounce their names and won't listen to what you have to say. I had my PCP for 27 years and he would listen. New docs don't listen and have head in computer. 😫😕😕
I was asked what kind of medications I was on and I started to tell the doctor what I've been taking for years and he immediately started in on me saying I do not give out those kind of medications and if that's what you're here for there's the door. Now I hear it is I was looking for a new family doctor and was treated like that.
My daughter is terrified of doctors after all she's been through, but she loves Dr. Mann! He actually takes his time and makes sure you know exactly what is going on and makes sure you are comfortable with everything and answers every question you have before you leave! By far the best pediatrician! We will never use another pediatrician and will be using him on our next baby!
