RecommendedPrompt attentive care for two tests
The scheduler hung up on me twice. She didn't let me know that she couldn't hear me, she just hung up.
Efficiency & respect & cleanliness
Had a 3:00 appt.for a scan. They said they were running late. Checked 3 times Nothing! Finally taken at 5:15 Had to insert a needle. Took 2 times. Person doing it not happy with my veins. Had to Put head in a small space within a with mask on. Person doing the test had to stop 3 times to lower the mask. Very loud machine. Earphone did not help. Not a good experience. Always go there. This time it was not good
