This the second time I have problem calling to have an appointment or schedule for MRI. I just called a while ago and I have to wait after following the prompts and then you have to press 1 for scheduling then wait again for a while until somebody will answer your call and ask you what kind of appointment you would like and then they will forward you to a different line wherein you have to wait again for so long until it will advise you to leave a call back no. and until now I’m still waiting a call from them. I was nervous all morning for nothing. The ladies teamwork prepping me for the test flowed smooth and was impressive. Their attentive professional services made me feel like I was having a spa day. Clean facility with sterile practices. All my appointments with Sunrise have been a top quality experience.
I messed up on an appt and I called to get a new appt and the lady who I spoke to was so understanding and helpful and took the time to call the building to find a new time for me and called me back like she promised. I am so happy with this business
