I visited the LVHN DCC location on 17th & Chew Street and unfortunately had a very negative experience with the receptionist at the front desk. The person checking in patients was consistently rude and dismissive. It wasn’t just what she said, but the tone and attitude she used with everyone. A patient ahead of us simply asked how much longer the wait would be, since they had been there for a while. Phlebotomist was rude, labs never drawn. Absolutely horrible experience. Had to go because of insurance. Walked out and went to St Luke’s. I will pay extra for the proper care and treatment and I will always choose St Luke’s.
