I truly do not understand the unnecessarily rude tone in which one of the nurses speaks to me. I have canceled my appointments and will be finding a new doctor because of this ongoing behavior from a particular nurse. It’s heartbreaking that patients are already feeling the stress of having a condition that needs treatment and when they need help with their appointments they are belittled and made to feel dumb.
