Knowledgeable doctors! Appointments desk friendly and helpful.
Unable to give these people no stars but essentially how am I supposed to rate a doctor when I can’t even get past his rude and unprofessional nurses, receptionist/staff over the phone to set said appointment. I called from two different numbers to only be belittled in an off handed tone in the first one and outright yelled at and hung up on on the second call. I don’t mind finding another doctor for my cause but all I can think is if this is how their staff acts towards patients, I can’t imagine the Doctors.
Appointment setter is rude and should be fired! We will not be making an appointment here. First impression was enough. I can only imagine the rest of the staff is like if this is what they put for first impressions. Wow!
