LaShonda Washington was incredibly rude, aggressive and abusive to me on the phone. She informed me that Dr Wood would never accept a patient from the VA. Every time I tried to speak she would become abusive towards me. I had to hang up and contact a therapist as I experienced extreme emotional disturbance based on her behavior towards me. I will be speaking to her supervisor about sending LaShonda the bill for my crisis therapy.
False advertising, specifically for Dr. cullifer’s office. Provider guidance via MyChart is not given, despite MyChart being advertised as a way to communicate with your care team. Access and transparency were lacking at multiple levels. I am ultimately transferring my care. Disable the mychart service if your canned response is going be “make an appointment”. Defeats the purpose of the advert, “ask your doctor a question”
Dr Yunus is amazing! He is a wealth of knowledge and helped solve a medical problem that no other doctor did! Also has a great staff. I’m always impressed by the way I’m treated.
