I just made it past my first month here at Diablo View, and I have nothing but great things to say! I appreciate how communicative and accessible Lauren in the office has been while I’m settling in to the community. Any questions I’ve had have been answered promptly, and the staff have gone out of their way to verify that my move in was seamless. Had an issue in our unit and the maintenance guy, Cole, got the problem fixed quickly. He was friendly and answered all our questions that we had afterwards. Really appreciate his help and the whole crew!
Cole is absolutely amazing my refridgerator went out on Tuesday afternoon and Wednesday morning he calls and says hey bud I got your refrigerator in and do I have time so he can come and replace it so that said of course he is absolutely on his a game that is the best service I have ever received since I have lived here and that is 20 plus years I can’t thank him enough he is really the best at what he does and that is quite a lot so thanks again for the outstanding service it is truly much appreciated Scott Evans
