Not clean and noize place its terrible , neigbors soooo unrespectful , dirty , old elevator , laundry room disaster ,old material inside apartements , they gave me extra expenses of rent more than 150$ sometimes , dont recommend, dont see photos the reality its wow
I live here half-time going on 5 years. It is clean, well maintained and I feel safe. The manager has always been responsive when issues come up. Hope it works out to renew another year.
Diablo View Apartaments is a good place .. calm and peaceful environment to live! I don't have any complaints about living here, everything is organized and clean, and whenever we need something fixed, the service is always fast. I'm very grateful to live here! 🙌✨🙏🙏🙏✨

I just want to shout out the maintenance team Cole and management at this apartment complex, they’re truly wonderful. Anytime something needs fixing, they take care of it immediately. There have been times when I’ve just mentioned something in passing, and before I know it, they’re already on it. It gives me a peace of mind living here, knowing that nothing goes unfixed or ignored for long periods of time.
