I applied for a unit that was publicly advertised at $1,999 per month. After I submitted my application, the property management claimed there was a “system glitch” and the actual rent was $2,271—almost $300 higher than the advertised price. To make matters worse, they canceled my application and refunded my fee without my permission, even though I never agreed to withdraw. This is misleading and unprofessional. I appreciate how communicative and accessible Lauren in the office has been while I’m settling in to the community. Any questions I’ve had have been answered promptly, and the staff have gone out of their way to verify that my move in was seamless.
