We have loved living here almost 1 year in. I love the area, it’s well-kept and highly maintained. The maintenance is absolutely amazing, and Cole is the best part about living here. He has helped us through so many mishaps and been very patient with me when things go wrong. When we first moved here we had consistent problems with our washing machine, but Cole went above and beyond, even ordering 2 new units to replace it when we couldn’t diagnose the problem. The maintenance man, Cole, goes above and beyond to help the residents Diablo View Apartments. I put a maintenance request in this morning and before 11am the repair was completed. Cole fixed my freezer quickly, efficiently and cleaned after himself. My dog loves Cole and was happy to see him. I do not know what we the residents would do if we didn’t have Cole. Cole is more than the maintenance man here, he is friends with the residents and is genuinely interested and concerned about each one of us. Cole is awesome!!!
