I just want to shout out the maintenance team Cole and management at this apartment complex, they’re truly wonderful. Anytime something needs fixing, they take care of it immediately. There have been times when I’ve just mentioned something in passing, and before I know it, they’re already on it. It gives me a peace of mind living here, knowing that nothing goes unfixed or ignored for long periods of time. We’ve been at this apartment complex for two years and we really saw an upgrade in maintenance once Cole arrived. He handles maintenance orders promptly and always follows up if everything is working properly. We are very lucky to have him at DV apts!
We've been living here for about 5-6 years now. Ever since the apartments have been under the new company, the management and the maintenance have been very great. Cole has helped us when we need it the most. He will get it done ASAP. We feel very comfortable living here knowing we have Good Management and Great Maintenance.
Been here for a little over a couple weeks & so far so good ! Cole has been super helpful with helping me out when needed. He’s been punctual and respectful with my time which is always a bonus in apartment communities. Great work!
The management and maintenance here is awesome! Cole came to the rescue last week when our washer/dryer unit broke and water came pouring out unexpectedly. I went to find him and he was quick to come help in the moment and get the water to stop. I don't know what I would have done without him! He was available even in the early morning and very communicative as to what the problem is and solution would be.
