Friendly and efficient.
I recently bought new glasses, and the staff made picking out the frames such fun! They suggested styles, told me what they thought (I'd made it clear that I wanted that feedback) and were so customer focused. I found them easy to work with and who knew buying new glasses could be such a pleasant experience. They also carry a line I'd not seen before and I really like. If you like glasses that are kind of quirky, go there and check out the Theo frames.
The staff is very kind, it was easy to book an appointment and they have a nice selection of frames to choose from.
I have been going to Diablo Valley Optometric Group for over 20 years. I have very difficult eyes and they have always given me great care. I highly recommend them.
Thank you so much for helping me and my daughter (9 yrs) pick out eyeglasses today!! The Diablo Valley team goes above and beyond. They really took the extra time to help us find the right frames, that fit and look good!!! So thankful!! If I ever need new frames in the future, I will definitely be coming back!!
