Doesnt even deserve one star but i had no choice. If you have hundreds of dollars to give to this company and are willing to wait 5 months for them to respond to your order then by all means... i have never dealt with such poor customer service. Their excuse is that custom jewelry takes a minimum of 12-14 weeks to make which is a bunch of crap. My entire family is in the Jewelry business and has never made a customer wait this long nor take their money before delivering a product. Shame on you.
