My experience with Janelle Spear is the absolute best I have ever experienced with any health provider. My hearing aids ( another provider) had failed unexpectedly, and I was told by the other provider that next available appointment was 3 months away!! 3 months with very poor hearing is just not an option. I called Diablo Hearing and Janelle was able to see me on short notice. She was not only knowledgable and thorough, she also provided temporary devices for my use until new ones could be ordered and fitted. Patrick Moore
