A trip to flagstaff is not complete with out a visit to Diablo. The food is amazing the service is great and to top it off their sauces are just on another level. Chimichurri and DB sauce are with out a doubt a great addition to an already amazing burger.
Told me when I ordered the burgers would come out medium rare I said that was fine I prefer it that way and it came well done... Fries were good but didn't go there for the fries
I got the Marilyn Burger which was amazing . Had to unexpectedly leave after ordering, they graciously packed it all to go. I would given a 5 star except the fries were soggy and the season on them was a bit overpowering.
Fantastic burger. Excellent preparation. Well worth the 10 min wait to order and 15 minute wait for food.
There was a little bit of a wait but it was well worth it! These are by far the best burgers I've had! We tried the Cheech, the Monk and I had mine on a lettuce wrap. I am so glad I was introduced to Diablo Burgers. This is definitely one venue in adding to my list when I come to Flagstaff. :)
unas hamburguesas muy ricas, se las recomiendo. el lugar es pequeño pero muy agradable.
Wow. The best burger I've ever had. Grilled pears, goat cheese, toasted pine nuts and a bourbon glaze! And the fries! Is there a hint of applesauce in the ketchup? Not to miss if you like burgers.
