My Crab Benedict today was perfection. such a great little spot, always good service and fresh food at a reasonable price. Thumbs up from me, all the way :)
Excellent and creative menu. Top notch catering service. We've utilized Diablas for several events and have always been thrilled with the food and attention to detail. Highly recommend for brunch as well. Love this establishment and their dedication to the community!
We had dinner here for the first time tonight and it was truly amazing!! My meal was the Shrimp Risotto and it was the best risotto I’ve ever had.
I had Diabla’s for the first time today! Sadly, I had no idea about them until now! I enjoyed their shrimp eggs Benedict and it was super yummy! I also tried the chicken & waffles and biscuits & gravy. Both were super yummy! Staff was super friendly and accommodating for us! The only things I didn’t love was the amount of seating and the menu wasn’t exactly kid friendly. Diablas never disappoints! Went for brunch. Chicken and waffles were amazing as was the poutine that I convinced my husband to get.

This restaurant has to be the greatest hidden gem in Idaho Falls. I would recommend this unique restaurant to anyone. Out of the 50 times I've been and ordering half of the menu each time, not only have I yet to have anything I dislike, but have also been converted into liking foods I have previously sworn to hating. Make sure to try this place if ever in town, and be sure order the appetizers and desserts with your entree! 10/10
