Great cooking, fresh ingredients, an Idaho gem. Diablas caters frequently, so it is always a good idea to take note when the kitchen is open. The place was packed when we stopped in for a weekend brunch - a crowd without advertising. And we were seated right away.

Seriously amazing food! Always willing to cater to your needs! Vegan friends! This is a MUST for sure! I'm KINDA obsessed with their tomato basil soup! I crave it daily! � I wish they were open daily! That's my only complaint but I will take what I can get! �
