I would have to say that this is a place of Good vibration Desiree explained this machine the Bemer and within minutes I understood the concept of the vibration the opening of blood vessels and the stimulation of nerves also as we age we don't exercise as we did when we were young if you're diabetic poor circulation in the extremities is not good I purchased machine over a year ago and I'm very happy with the results of using it thank you Desiree
