Friendly, great staff and great about helping you get the answers you need
The staff is absolutely rude if you call them they transfer you to a different person who then transfer you to a voicemail system for a call back in order to speak to a doctor it's over video chat they I truly don't think the staff knows what they're doing they can't get your supplies that you need absolute worst Treatment Center in North Mississippi only reason I give 1 star is bc I had the not even worth -1
If visits consist of me sitting in room. Video chatting with the provider. Why can't I do that from my house.
My only issue so far with them is the fact that you have to call and leave a message for somebody to call you back you cannot immediately speak to someone if you're having some sort of issue.
