So upset! I have been seeing this doctor since 2021 had a bunch of blood work to follow up on and went to my appointment and no one was there. Been closed with no call or reason to why! This is absolutely awful! So disappointed. Now I have no idea what to do or who I’ll see now and all my blood work came back abnormal!! Just an important doctor for people to just disappear like that!
Dr. Faris license was suspended on January 15th 2026. Florida Department of Health lists his license as Emergency Suspension.
The only place that's actually been able to get me help. However, they have not once picked up a phone call of mine. I've had to walk in as a last effort to change appointments and to make ones. Everyone knows they've had line issues though, it isn't new. (I came in multiple times when they were closed too because they didn't have a posted schedule. Now it's Mon-Thurs 8-4.But even then they don't open on time) But refilling my prescription also takes jumping through hoops. I've had to call way too many people in order to get... read more
