Have been buying my insulin pump supplies for many years from Diabetes Speciality Center. They sent my supplies for a One Touch insulin pump, along with a insulin pump holder from Medtronics. When I called them they said they could not return the plastic pump holder because it was past 30 days. Even though they sent the wrong product for a different pump, they were not even willing to credit the $19 back. Customer service was horrible....it just cost them a customer all for $19.
their billing department has issues. 3 months later and they are still billing an old insurance company for returned merchandise. avoid- they're not worth the headache from being on the phone for several days only to have the issue remain.
