I was actually there a few years ago, and worked with a lady named Brooke when I was first diagnosed diabetic. She was extremely helpful, taught me how to carb count, and gave me sheets to fill out on what I ate and insulin use and we'd go over it every week. I got information, and she was available over the phone to answer immediate questions. She really helped me get started taking care of myself correctly, and made me far more comfortable using insulin.
