Onboarding into the DRG service was very straightforward and helpful. I gained a clear understanding of what I needed to do as I begin the program and where I can go for help.
I just had an excellent first session with my coach Dean Elliot. We were able to review the program and most importantly for the first week , the lists of foods that are allowed and those to stay away from. I’m excited to be on this journey and I’m confident that I have chosen some good folks to captain my boat.
