This entity is a poor excuse for a medical facility. Ryan (at the front desk) is the most arrogant, condescending individual i have ever had the misfortune of interacting with in my life. After multiple attempts to accommodate his schedule and rudeness I eventually waived the white flag and canceled my appointment (while in theur waiting room). I’m not sure why this facility is rated so low. I had an amazing experience with Geckle. The from desk staff, Sheila, was pleasant, talkative, and more than helpful! She helped to problem solve through an insurance authorization request with my PCP and even called to follow up to let me know the result. Rebecca Denison, R.D. was also highly competent and kind.
Ryan, the front desk attendee was rude. I’m not sure who to speak with but he was very rude! This is unacceptable. Not the first time dealing with his rudeness, really hoping someone from upper management truly understand this is the last thing a client want to deal with all the stress that we’re experiencing already. Customer service should be his priority.
Front desk staff needs more training they’re rude and incompetent. Decent have bad attitudes.
Joanne Dielmann, RD, LDN,CDE is GREAT , she has really educated on my Diabeeetus care plan. Now I have to do my part . Highly recommend for anyone looking to live a healthier life
