It's been 3 weeks since my 1st appointment. I have not received any updates on the lab work they were sent (but claimed they never had it) so they reached out to my primary that day and was going to review it. It's now three weeks later and NO FOLLOW UP. Everything is good except the wait, it drains you out.
The level of care is greatly lacking from this office. Dr. Rao had me do bloodwork. Levels came back off and concerning. I had to chase her for the results then. She had me redo them to make sure they were not false reads only to have them come back worse. That was Feb 26. She still hasn’t contacted me about these even after my calling and calling and even requesting to change doctors. Not one call.
