Reception staff were friendly, welcoming. Nursing staff was very thorough, polite. Dr. Issacs was fabulous. Patient, answered my questions and acknowledged my concerns. We developed a short term and long term plan. I feel better about my thyroid and Type 2 diabetes diagnosis now!

It's been 3 weeks since my 1st appointment. I have not received any updates on the lab work they were sent (but claimed they never had it) so they reached out to my primary that day and was going to review it. It's now three weeks later and NO FOLLOW UP. I could understand some things not warranting a follow up but if TWO different providers wanted me seen only for Dr. Deepthi to act like I was wasting her time. Save yourself and go elsewhere. Dr Roa really listened and took my concerns seriously. She spent enough time with me and i feel we have a good plan. I would recommend her as a doctor
I’m loving Dr.Rao. She really listens to the issues you’re having and never makes you feel like she’s rushing you. She isn’t afraid to pick up the phone and contact you herself and not put all of it on her assistant. She’s extremely personable, kind, and caring. I highly recommend her!!!
