The Staff and Dr. Mepani are very attentive to my needs.
All Professional, caring, helpful, knowledgeable and most of all paying attention in detail to my health.
Dr Mepani is the worst communicator ever. Left my mother without insulin because he couldn't answer the phone for 2 days. Just absolutely terrible and unacceptable. Traumatic experience. Should be fired Insanely difficult to get ahold of the office because the directory prompt when you dial their number is 30 minutes long
I was a patient of Dr. Kumar. She is a great endocrinologist, but the receptionist and staff are unprofessional. I was wearing a shirt of my employer, and one of the receptionists followed me out of the office to the parking lot with her son on the phone and told him I’d give him a referral to a job. I was not able to speak without her cutting me off. I was roped into giving him my personal contact info. I of course told him that I was not responsible for hiring and that a referral wouldn’t happen. My following visit since t... read more
