I have seen Dr Graham for years. Way before this practice was up and running. I have always been impressed with his attention to detail, experience and willingness to address my questions. Which has always been super helpful in my health journey of watching some thyroid nodules over the course of 10 years. Very disappointed with the service I've received multiple times when trying to get a pre-authorization done for my medication. My pharmacy requested this doctor get a pre-authorization a month ago. I called my doctor last week and they told me they were still waiting to hear back from my insurance. Today I called my insurance and they told me they had not received any request from my doctor. Honestly, do not waist your time. Go look for better health care. You hire these guys but they don't work for you. They don't care about your problems. They work for laboratories that are trying to sell drugs like Ozempic. I personally see Dani for my thyroid and a few of my family members see her for thyroid and diabetes. We have all had the same experience (which is why we have referred each other). Dani is thorough, professional, respectful and knowledgeable. Communication is excellent and she was especially kind and patient with my questions and nerves during biopsies. I have also been very pleased with her assistant and the front desk staff. All around I feel totally comfortable and cared for. Thank you Dani and staff!
I will say Jackie Wilkerson seems very educated and kind when I would visit with her, but I couldn’t help but feel a judgmental aura about her towards my Type 1 diabetes. I met with Brecken Moore before he moved and he had Type 1 diabetes himself and was very smart, kind and non-judgmental. I have only met with strictly type 1 diabetics themselves as endocrinologists before Jackie because they’re not only educated on the diagnosis, but can give real life experience and advice on the subject.
