Honestly, do not waist your time. Go look for better health care. You hire these guys but they don't work for you. They don't care about your problems. They work for laboratories that are trying to sell drugs like Ozempic. I personally see Dani for my thyroid and a few of my family members see her for thyroid and diabetes. We have all had the same experience (which is why we have referred each other). Dani is thorough, professional, respectful and knowledgeable. Communication is excellent and she was especially kind and patient with my questions and nerves during biopsies. I have also been very pleased with her assistant and the front desk staff. All around I feel totally comfortable and cared for. Thank you Dani and staff!
I will say Jackie Wilkerson seems very educated and kind when I would visit with her, but I couldn’t help but feel a judgmental aura about her towards my Type 1 diabetes. I met with Brecken Moore before he moved and he had Type 1 diabetes himself and was very smart, kind and non-judgmental. I have only met with strictly type 1 diabetics themselves as endocrinologists before Jackie because they’re not only educated on the diagnosis, but can give real life experience and advice on the subject. The care here feels transactional, not personal. It’s a polished system built for volume, not for people. If you’re comfortable being another appointment on the schedule, this is your place. If you want someone invested in your care, keep looking.
Five stars all around! Dr. Graham and staff are kind, responsive, and brilliant! I was so impressed that they showed great interest in the list of questions I had prepared for my visit.
