I’ve been trying to book appt and seems the front desk is on holiday
Use to be a good doctor office. The people they have working the front desk now are awful. Won’t refill prescriptions even after they confirm the medicine and pharmacy. Even after stressing how I have to take the medicine everyday they still don’t refill it. Try to get through to the “nurses station” but no one ever answers the phone. Will be finding a new endo.
Impossible to get a hold of. Takes over a week to respond to prior authorizations. Which quite literally leaves a diabetic without insulin. I probably left over 10 voicemails over the course of a week, with no update on my prior auths and literally am left without insulin.
The people handling calls at the desk are terrible!!! They have a recording system where you supposedly can leave a voicemail so they can call you back----they never do!! My pharmacy called to have my prescription refilled, went through the procedure, and the clinic never called the pharmacy back. I work 12 hour shifts 5 days a week and I had to find a weekday off to personally go to the clinic to have my prescription filled. People at the front desk!!! Your patients need your attention!!! You guys suck!!
Dr. Bayrakdar and Dr. Altarshan are both a god sent. They have followed me and my diabetes care for years. If I don't check in with them periodically, they go out of their way to find me and make sure I'm doing ok. Dr. Castle is an extra bonus for one stop service. Thank you all.
