I was a patient here and will now avoid this place, I encourage others to do so as well. Over the course of 6 months, I pronted off and broight them forms I required through my insurance in order to have access to me NEEDED medical prescriptions. The only sent 1 form 1 time and it wasnt even for a prescription I was on. The other times the forms were lost or just not completed or submitted or submitted. All 3 times, I would call and check and was told they werent fone yet. It shouldn't take months to comokete the forms and i... read more

I started coming here in April 2025 after finding out I had 3 large lumps in my thyroid. This office, Doctors, PA's were so helpful with my issues. Jeanie the scheduler went out of her way to help me get an appointment sooner than later. Fast forward to July 15th. I had my thyroid removed & I was scheduled for my first labs at 9a. I was told the blood draw would take less than 15 minutes. I arrived at 850a, waited in line to check in. Andrea checked me in. I watched the 3 people who walked in with me get called in for their ... read more

Methodist continues to employ the best doctors and nurses in Omaha. Of the endocrine clinics I've been to in Omaha, I've never felt more listened to and understood. Dr. Baker is fantastic, and I've ever felt pressured to pursue a single course of treatment like I have at other clinic in Omaha. We've always gone over facts, addressing risks and benefits according to my life and personal needs. (Bonus points, these are some of the best phlebotomists in town, too! I've never had a painful blood draw here)

Shelly didn’t seem to know anything about PCOS. She said birth control was the only thing I could do. She was nasty about it. She didn’t act like she believed I’d been diagnosed with PCOS. She prescribed Atorvastatin to lower my cholesterol even though it’s in my paperwork and I told her I’m taking Cosentyx for HS and you can’t mix the two. I waited months to get in and waited a while in the waiting room and still had to return for fasting labs, but the labs were mostly the labs she asked me to have two years of, so I didn’t... read more

Unbelievably long wait everytime I come. Today I watched 4 people checked in after me go back before me. Staff for the most part are friendly, just clearly a big operational issue here.
