Easy to order & quick to door deliver
Created an order on December 23. They said it was shipped out on Dec 29th, but nothing arrived. They never answer calls and don't respond to emails or calls. VERY SHADY COMPANY
I don't understand why a business who sells important medical items would use a shipping company that can't live up to their promise of delivery in 1-2 business days. I have my items shipped to my work because no one is at my home all day to receive them. On Friday delivery was attempted after 8pm when we were closed, which is fine, but again today (on Monday) it was attempted later in the evening. I know this is on the shipping company, but I don't think it's a good idea to use a courier like that that for something so impo... read more
