They keep chasing Doctors off so I no longer recommend this place.
Wow I started going to this place under Dr, Hightower, after already hearing she moves from place to place about 8times , then Dr Moran takes over ( great Dr, ) now he is closing the center, and I could tell strange things was going on, I did lab work 1 week before my appointment, they forgot to call for a pick up , so blood work was there all weekend, then they forgot to call me in for new labs, came for my appointment, couldn’t see doctor! WTH
Dr. Moran took over this past year for patients. I wasn't thrilled with starting over with a new dr., but he is fantastic! Extremely thorough and I have learned more with his tips and knowledge than any other Dr. He is a great listener and flexible with your considerations. I also love the text reminders i get for app!
Dr. Hightower is fantastic. CDE and nursing staff commendable. Web portal better than most other medical organizations. Reception, hard working and diligent and overworked. Lab scheduling satisfactory. Extra types of in house testing is superior. Continuous Glucose Tech exceeds most endocrinologists. However, staff communication and consideration of patient input, as well as in some instances, respect for the patient by lower staff is, sometimes, unsatisfactory. Dr Hightower makes no effort to make sure you are on the correct medication or listen to your concerns. Recent bill included ridiculous charges as well. Months after being on particular medications have not been helping me whatsoever.
