I like Dr. Janika. Some of the office staff are incredibly rude . Sadly, the doctor's patients are not her priority . I don't like 2 or 3 hour waits , and her canceling my appointments to go over my medical , health labs ,tests and possible surgery. Canceling of patient's appointment three times within a 4- month period is unacceptable. Stay away if you value your health.
Dr Plazarti was awesome and Instrumental in saving me from what was a developing heart attack and 1st the Good lord Jesus. I came in her office with uncontrollable high blood sugars. She determined I had sob and occasional chest pains. Stayed in touch with the local ER and they did all the testing to get me prepped for a cabg x 4 on which got me back on track in a matter of. 8 week of rehab and care I’m back to work and enjoying all God has to offer . Thank you Lord and Dr Plazarti
Absolutely horrible office. Incompetent staff, very nasty and rude. Unable to get anyone on the phone ever, no one calls you back. You wait for several hours in their office before you’re seen. They could care less if you die without your thyroid medication! Absolutely terrible and useless doctors office.
I always help my cousin with her appointments. No issues with the doctor. The staff is very rude, they have an attitude that someone need to fix. There is no management to contact for this matter. They are always mad and furious with no reason. The way that they talk to people is very disgusting. It's not healthy to deal with this ladies. They work are like that always, not sometimes or a bad day. Long waits. Terrible covid-19 procedures in place. Back rooms dusty and dirty mother says. Do not recommend at all. Was hoping it was only a bad first visit but it's been like this the second time also.
