The staff at this facility is great and they are very knowledgeable. The only issue I have Is that Ruston and West Monroe share the same number which is weird and doesn’t make any sense being that no one ever answers the phone and you have to leave a message. Lord forbid you miss the call and have to call back again and leave another message for them to call you back again. There is never a direct number to call someone and actually talk to them and it’s very frustrating. The really have to do better about this
THIS OFFICE ROCKS!!!!! The ladies that work in the West Monroe office are extremely knowledgeable and efficient, and were able to educate me on diabetes, which was lacking previously. They don't just want to throw medication at you without education. The insurance I previously had was not accepted at their office and I paid out of pocket for the visits, as well as the medication not being covered, due to such a high deductible. My initial thoughts of this facility were awesome. When I needed someone from this facility to go to bat for me, policy procedure and lack of options as far as times or office visits did not allow this. This facility needs to get caught up with the times. I had to reschedule one appointment because of surgery, one because of a family death the day of the appointment, and because my facility was short staffed due to having 2 employees out on medical leave. I love this this clinic….. never thought I will get the help I need until I became a patient here …. Love the friendly staff and my doctor don’t stop until she find the solution to my problems… Thank you all I know this is God gift to me through this clinic
