The receptionist is exceptionally rude. Barely makes eye contact has a very sarcastic tone, didn’t say thank you. Dr. Thaddeus was abrasive at first. But very knowledgeable and paid attention to my concerns. This was my first visit so I hope perhaps it was an off day for them. I’ll recap when I go back in December
Thad and his team was great, friendly and answered all my questions. Thad really spends time with his patients and bedside manner is great because he explains to you in terms that you can understand. I recommend checking our this Wellness Clinic if you looking for weight loss, diabetes treatment, or hormone replacement. Thanks Thad and his team for being so great! 5 review for sure!
Great staff, minimal waiting time! Thaddeus passion for his patients well being is clearly evident and his staff is phenomenal! None do it better than DWC!!!
I have been going to them for about 2 years for type 2 and have enjoyed every visit Dr Boughton is very knowledgeable and explains exactly where I am with my levels and where i need to try to be for the next visit . The staff treat you like friends and for me that makes a big difference. I just want to thank the Dr and staff for all they do for me and keep up the good work.
Dr. Boughton is very informative and knowledgeable. He thoroughly answers any question that you have and explains it in a form that you can fully understand. Dr. Boughton is an outstanding doctor and I highly recommend him ! He’s also very fluent in Spanish 👍🏼 !
