I waited several weeks for this appointment, and it was already clear beforehand that I needed a biopsy before seeing the endocrinologist. However, the office insisted I come in to see a doctor first—yet I never actually saw the doctor. Instead, a nurse simply told me to go get the biopsy that I already knew I needed. This felt like a complete waste of time, and it seems the only purpose was to bill me for a visit that provided no real care.
the service lady call Nurse or whatever she is , she is rude , i dont like how the nurse assist definitely will change Dr. you pay too much to not be treating with Respect!
I have been going to Dr. Verma for many years. While it is true her office staff is not very helpful or friendly, Dr. Verma is a fabulous physician. She takes great and accurate notes, has a wealth of knowledge and is confident and decisive.
I will say Dr. Verma is a great doctor but the staff/receptionists that work there are not professional. They seem to not know what they are doing and communicating is pretty bad. I have been seeing Dr. Verma for years now but I have always had a problem with the staff there. It took two weeks to get a new prior authorization form that was needed for my insurance company.
