Not a well-managed practice. I have had 3 appointments scheduled with Doctor Rafia Zafar, there has not been 1 appointment I have not received a call requesting it be rescheduled because of the office error in scheduling. I can understand things come up and happen but three appointments in a very short a moment of time is excessive.
