Me- "Happy Friday! Do you work with the Veterans Community Care?" Miserable Secretary- "What that?" Me- " Well its when the Veteran Healthcare center cant get a veteran seen by a provider within 30 days, so they pay for the veteran to be seen in the community outside of the VA" Miserable Secretary- "No, the doctor wouldn't be interested in doing that". I am his Patient since 4 years. By looking into below comments I agree that they give importance to money first but I never complained about that. Today I faced a situation where They not even take responsibility to look at patients prescription also... The doctors and staff at Diabetes & Endocrinology of Denver have done more for me and my diabetes in less than one year, then my past diabetic counselor did for me in 9 years. Everyone at their offices are extremely helpful and compassionate and have gone out of their way to help me. My A1c is the lowest it has ever been, and I have even lost over 20 lbs., which in the past has been nearly impossible.
