This by far the worst doctors office i've ever encountered. can't get an appointment for 6 months, prescriptions not refilled when requested. Receptionists are not very friendly. Told to arrive 15 minutes before appointment at 8 am doors locked not taken to room until 8:45 and waited another 1/2 hour until doctor came in. Unfortunitly I can't find another office accepting new patients.
Terrible staff and I have been homebound the last year and received a letter that they are dropping me for non-compliance because I canceled or rescheduled too many appointments which I have not and haven't scheduled anything since 2024 and have proof I went to that appointment. So since I need to resolve 2 issues keeping me homebound and haven't scheduled since August 2024 they come up with some b.s just too drop you.
Have tried at least 5x to make an appointment and on hold for over 15 minutes only to get voice mail. Keep leaving messages and nobody calls back. Why would anyone be a patient here?
