All the bad reviews are true. I have been calling this place for weeks and nobody answers the phone, even if I hang on the line for 30 minutes. A referral was sent over to them by my primary doctor weeks ago, and they have not followed up. If they will not respond to other doctors, they will not respond to you. Do not risk mistreatment here, go someplace that wants to help you
Never feel like a priority here. If I call, they dont answer or are rude and short with me on the phone. If I leave a message, they NEVER call me back. I am type 1 diabetic, so my calls and concerns are usually high priority and effect my life. I never feel valued as a patient there. (And I have been a patient here for 15 years!)
Have to wait 2-3 hours every time I’m there to finally see my doctor with an appointment. Never call back and they have the same issues with my diabetic electronics every time I go there and it’s been happening for years and years.
Please find an endocrinologist somewhere else because this place is terrible!
Bad start, called at 3:50 to schedule a new patient appointment on a Wednesday and the recording gave me their hours of 9am to 4pm with a lunch break then told me they were closed (at 3:50pm) and to call back the next day. All of the bad reviews coupled with this give me pause but I will still give them a try and update once appropriate.
