I have had good experiences at this facility. I have had type 1 diabetes for 57 years. Dr Zwerling was excellent. He retired and now I see Dr Lokhandwala. I am impressed with her knowledge & professionalism.
I am posting this under my husband's google acct as I don't have one. My name is Fran P. and I am a patient of Dr. Deshmukh at the Diabetes and Endocrine Center in Dracut. After being on a prescription the doctor prescribed for me, the insurance has decided after 7 months, they are no longer going to cover it. Great! I won't go into details of dealing with this as far as my pharmacy and insurance company is concerned as I know everyone has been at that frustrating point. I’m so sad about this. I moved my parents up here to be closer to us take better care of them. But they lost their doctors especially an excellent endocrinologist. I was sure I selected good doctors up here except our experience with this office has been pretty rough. Diabetes care is life sustaining for my dad. So the unkindness of one particular nurse was very disheartening. My dad is almost 90 and my mom has Alzheimer’s so life isn’t easy and this nurse lacked empathy to say the least.
