Generally very timely with scheduled appointments. They spend the necessary time to address patients concerns. If you don't like being held up in getting in at your appt time, then don't take up their time unecessarily which slows appointment schedules!

I doubt I'd be around today if they didn't properly diagnose and treat multiple conditions missed by my primary care physician. Contrary to other comments posted here, I can't recall being in the waiting room for more than 15 minutes and I've been there at least 20 times.

While i have no issues with the staff and physicians themselves, my biggest complaint is that it takes them up to an hour to see you. They’re not that busy to keep people waiting for an hour in the waiting room and in the room to be seen by physician. Just eats into your sick or vacation time. And doesn’t matter what time you schedule. I’ve had first in the morning appts and afternoon. Just slow all around. We do have other things to do...............
