I am new to visiting my doctor at Union memorial and I can not get anyone on the phone! I’ve sat on hold for 40 minutes and gave up. I’ve been calling at different times throughout the day and still nothing! I am so upset because I am diabetic and would simply love an appointment and a refill to my empty prescription. I’m looking into changing doctors because I simply can’t reach mine.
I have called the main number ending in 4511 for literally a week straight (Morning, afternoon and now evening )to set up a simple new appointment and no one has picked up this line once! The operator stated they have "no idea what is going with the office" and couldn't be of much help. After 7 calls, I finally pressed '2' for refill prescriptions just to see if I could get a voice and after 6 minutes of waiting, someone answered the line and hung up before even saying hello. Love this hospital the staff is great and helpful, and if you get admitted you'll enjoy your stay i trust them !
