Dr. Mikhail is a GREAT Doctor. He listens to you closely and knows your diagnosis before going all the way to different procedures to find the results. If you need medications, he does not hesitate to give you what you need unlike other Dr"s. I've been going to him for years now, including my finances and he says the same thing about him. I don't plan to ever leave until he is no longer in practice or before I go to the other side, since I have 4th stage cancer now. In my opinion, Dr Diaa Y. Mikhail has the nastiest attitude I have ever experienced! He is always rushing his patients, makes smarts remarks, and would not let you talk. He once said to me “I am not a magician” which asserts how much he doesn’t care for patients, while undermining and brushing their symptoms/complaints! If you have zero patience, or can’t stand rude remarks, you might need to consider.
Unfortunately never got to meet Dr Mikhail due to the rudeness and incompetence at the front desk. Showed up for scheduled appointment computers down could not be seen but no phone call to let me know before driving down wasting gas and taking time off work. Rescheduled appt only to be told they never bothered to put me on schedule. I am a healthcare scheduler I’d be fired if that’s how I did my job.
