I have been to this facility for head and neck scans . The staff is always so kind and friendly. They make doing an MRI so easy with their calm manner. I would highly recommend them!!
I want to here for a pediatric ultrasound because we had such an abysmal experience that I didn't want to go back to Children's hospital. Staff was very kind, we didn't wait long, and it didn't take very long. Overall a much better experience than going to Children's hospital.
The only reason they got a 4 is bc the couldn’t get my I’ve in and I had to come back for a different nurse but other than that I think they do amazing
Multiple HIPPA violations occurred as a result of my mammogram including inside the office and outside after the visit. No one should ever know you went in for a procedure, nor discuss with friends and also no technician should share any personal information with another tech in the office as to relationship or knowledge about the patient. I have an attorney working with me on this. Secondly I received a result in the mail and my ordering physician never received his. I was pleasantly surprised. They ran like a well oiled machine. Everyone was very kind. I asked the receptionist about the poor reviews. I was told they have a bunch of new staff. I wouldn't hesitate to use their services again.
