Brought my 12mo old son here for an ultrasound. The ladies at the front desk were very sweet and told me they would flag his results as urgent to be read ASAP (for peace of mind). The woman who did the ultrasound was quick, efficient, and very gentle. Additionally, they had a little room with kids toys and books! Our pediatrician office doesn’t even have this. It was a nice little surprise and something to keep my baby busy.

Went for a scheduled brain MRI. Front desk was nice and checked me in quickly. The technician was so friendly, got me situated. I suffer from migraines/tinnitus- she accommodated me with dimming the lights and lowering the sound of music (even gave me ear plugs). The place was very clean- I would definitely recommend this location!!

called after my doctor sent over an imaging order because I was having symptoms that needed to be looked at as soon as possible. The woman who answered took my name, date of birth, and other information, then told me all of their technicians were on vacation for the week. She also informed me that my account was ‘flagged.’ When I asked why, she said she didn’t know and that she would call me back after finding out. I never received a callback. I had a great experience. All the people were friendly and helpful, from the front to back. I feel like the negative reviews were probably from people stressed out about their medical situation. Because I had zero issues.

I have been to this facility for head and neck scans . The staff is always so kind and friendly. They make doing an MRI so easy with their calm manner. I would highly recommend them!!
